Blind Pig

Blind Pig opened in June of 2022 after we had well outgrown our commissary space in Newberg. After three long years of that food truck life (you know the one), and a whole lot of events in the Valley, we stumbled upon the opportunity to put some roots down (and parking break) here in the “Great Little Town” of Carlton, Oregon. What makes us special? Our people, our flavors, our cocktails, and most of all – the experience we want to create for you.
